Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • A technical issue prevents use of the Service
  • Billing errors occur
  • The request is made within [7–14] days of purchase

Refund requests must be submitted to support@resumemagnet.com.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results after use
  • Failure to secure employment
  • Misunderstanding of Service functionality

3. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
