1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
- A technical issue prevents use of the Service
- Billing errors occur
- The request is made within [7–14] days of purchase
Refund requests must be submitted to support@resumemagnet.com.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results after use
- Failure to secure employment
- Misunderstanding of Service functionality
3. Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
